Nice, I'm glad it works now. However personally I'd still recommend capping the FPS at 15 before turning the texture resolution to auto since it looks better that way, but whatever looks best for you and makes you happy ^^
It could be that your setup isn't good enough to run it as supposed to be, however I added some additonal Settings in the wallpaper so that you can adjust it and turn certain things off to increase your FPS rate. (You have to restart wallpaper engine for that and wait until the update on Steam is finished to see the change though.) I recommend turning off almost everything under "Background". I also decreased the active texture memory by 100 mb, perhaps this also helps. If all of this isn't enough, go to Wallpaper engine Settings on the top right corner. From There on cap the FPS at 15 and turn off "Anti-Aliasing". If it's not enough you could also change the "Texture resolution" to a lower level. Volumetric Lightning should also be put lower. All of these changes will hopefully help you increase your FPS.
