Dar Es Salaam East Africa (Desert Biome)

A Port Region Like no other, Stretching from the dunes Lie oasis's Dotting the Road to Dar Es Salaam Bay, One Of the Widest Natural Deep water ports in Africa.

Why It has not been Settled as of yet Is beyond our Party Members thinking.

It is such A Great Harbour region That it being not settled yet while so many interior nations recently turned Eastern Are begging for natural Resources with the blockades.

With Little Mineral resources Within the lands, we must build Railroads, and Ports for Import of raw goods and Export of Manufactured goods, to make our New Republic Prosper.

Surveys suggest substantial amounts of Oil.

Though other resources seem scarce and Scattered. Other than Timber At the Spring River's Bay and Oasis's, Most of the region Is nothing but bushes and tumble weed growing on Dunes.

As For Water the oasis's mentioned and the bay will subside, but we may need to pipe it far to reach industry's further inland.

There Are 3 Custom House Locations

1 For Western North ( to Simulate a Opposing Province)

2 For Eastern Customs South West, And West ( To Simulate Allies and Trade Partners Further Inland
