Allow Pioneer/Outpost placement on Goods

描述
The base game has now implemented this for Settlers and Towns, but this mod also includes Pioneers.

Old description:
This mod allows you to use the various types of Settlers and Pioneers on tiles that have Goods/Resources on them.

Note that this does not give you the benefit of collecting those Goods, it effectively just destroys them.

@Exodus True, thanks for reminding me! I will leave this up for people who also want to place Outposts on goods, though I will probably not use it myself.

This was added to the base game in Atomic Ambitions. It destroys the Goods tile when you settle it, same as this mod.

I'm going to assume the reason we can't settle on goods in the game is because you can use it to grief other players by deleting resources near their borders by repeatedly settling and razing a region, possibly using outposts as well. I wish it worked like civ, where if you happen to settle on it, you get it once you unlock the tech, and it never actually gets deleted. However, due to the way improvements work, and possible upgrades or worker slots on improvements, the developers would have to decide if settling on the resource counts as just one unit of it, or a tech relevant improvement version of it. Not sure why they decided to just forbid it outright instead of trying to implement a way to keep it even if settled on. I think the best lazy solution would just be to disable it while settled on at the very least. That way it still exists if the region is razed, but there is no need to consider it when accounting for the resources available to the region that was settled on it.
