United Commonwealth of Nations

This mod adds a new civilization to the game, based on a future history in which Great Britain, having survived the Great Mistake is caught between the equally terrifying prospects of joing the French in their new, unstable Franco-Iberia alliance, or becoming the 51st state of America as they are slowly subsumed into the global mega-coporation, the ARC.

Striking out on their own, Britain unites the remaining, desperate countries of the former Commonwealth of Nations, with a series of agressive, non-negotiable treaties, absorbing both Canada and the recently formed state of East New Zealand in the process (The west coast having since split to join Polystralia). This new economic super power comes to be known as the United Commonwealth of Nations, or UCN for short.

This fledgling group of nations quickly rises to prominence as proficient deep space explorators, and are among the first and foremost to begin the seeding of distant worlds, led by their young king, George XII.
