TEH-9 (Technisches Hilfsschiff-9) Codename "Tannhäuser" may not be the prettiest or fastest submarine in drydock, but its pragmatic nature, simple shape and low construction cost made it great, mass produced utility and tug ship in Cold Caverns and European Ridge. You have an offline beacon, abandoned wreck or submarine having troubles going back to the station? Send this bad girl and make some easy profits!

This submarine was made in collaboration with ifeelgreen, known for his creation of New Baltic Station.

Tannhäuser only has one coilgun fitted onto it, giving the captain a challenge on the Nav Terminal to position and configure the submarine's controls to fit the creatures inside the death zone.
It also has a Electrical Discharge coil on its belly.

It does not succeed in speed or lift, making this submarine in need of enhancements in the outpost.
It contains many old technology and has a decently fitted armoury since there's only one coilgun. It's not meant to only beat creatures breaking in, but also clowns causing chaos.
