[Frontlines] Shtorm-28

Frontlines is a weapon project inspired by Battlefield 1, essentially seeking to bring a style of arcadey early 1900s weaponry to the workshop. It also serves as a way for me to improve on modeling weapons and, for the first time ever, animating them myself.

This mod contains the Shtorm-28, the prototypical competitor to a much more successful and relevant SMG. This variant of this ultimately failed prototype series uses a 7.62mm high-velocity round, allowing you to engage at medium to long range with ease compared to other SMGs. As well as this, it has roughly similar damage to the Glompson, albeit slightly worse, but it carries this damage further out and even has a higher damage at max fall-off than the Glompson. It has medium capacity, but the lowest reserve ammo count of all of its contemporaries, meaning you may need to regularly stop and resupply. That flaw aside, though, this should be a truly universal weapon, able to be a threat at all but the longest ranges.

Historical Section: This is based on the Tokarev Model 1928 / PPT-28 in 7.62 Tokarev, a successor to the PPT-27 which was in 7.62 Nagant, and a predecessor to the PPT-30, which lost to the PPD-30 in trials which led to the PPD-34. To my knowledge, this is modeled somewhat accurately in terms of performance (fire rate etc), but obviously a 7.62 Tokarev SMG isn't an AK-47, which the Shtorm-28 is kind of trying to be. I saw it, compared it to WW1 SMGs, and realized it would essentially be an AK-47 to them; much higher velocity, higher power cartridge, similar capacity to AK, so that's what I made it.
