UBOAT Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Tonnage Sunk Progress

Part of the UBOAT Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) collection.

This mod will add a message to the journal with the total tonnage sunk in the current assignment

Does not require a new game. May disable achievements (I don't really know)

Debugging

Before reporting a bug, please make sure of the following:

  • The mod is enabled
  • You have read the conditions under which the mod will work
  • You have checked that no other mods may be interfering
  • You have checked in the file %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Deep Water Studio\UBOAT\output_log.txt that there is a line that reads 'UBOATSOP_TonnageSunkProgress Version 2025.1.22.18'

Love this feature, along with other SOP mods. Great idea. Then I read 'May disable achievements (I don't really know)'. For all the work that has been done, it would be worth confirming this. Until then, nope.

Tested today on a few missions, one against a large convoy where I sunk 8 ships. Can confirm the reports are working and seem to match up to what the game records towards tonnage campaigns. Thanks for the quick fix!

Seemingly fixed for 2025.1 Patch 5. However, they changed how the tonnage is accounted for, so please tell me if it correctly only accounts for total tonnage in the current mission only. I have not tested extensively enough to confirm this since this requires a few missions.

The recent 2025.1 major update has broken this mod, I will look into it this weekend. It doesn't CTD for me though, just doesn't work.

Looks like 2025.1 broke this one. CTD when game tries to generate a tonnage report.

Ok, thanks for info. I am using the War Diary / Kriegstagebuch and tonnage shows up in there.

@Royal Raven It's been a while, but I think you can get the info somewhere in the objectives menu. I made the mod so I could follow the tonnage more easily after each kill.
