-A new system of government - the Roundtable, armed with a unique 'Unity' function which determines how loyal its vassals will be. From London, the wily Gaunts rule a decentralised realm - one often at war with itself. Beneath their watchful eye, the local rulers, consisting of bishops, counts and mayors, squabble and battle for control. Should one grow powerful enough, they may challenge London's authority and seize control of the vassal swarm.

Battle it out as a powerful locality in Wessex - the pirates of Dorset, the sailors of Hampshire, or the fighters of Devon.

If administration is your fancy, preside over the Roundtable in the depths of Westminster and slowly restore your diminished power.

Bloodlust on your mind? Take up arms in Kent. Save the humble city from decline, burn through the surrounding countryside and uproot feudalism itself.
