Combine Specialist (Playermodel + NPCS)

A small release this time, the Combine model created by Kaffi a few years ago as a replacement for the soldier (which seems to be lost to time), turned into a hexed model by JG215 and then called a "Combine Specialist", also used as the combine soldier in Smod Tactical Redux which is probably where most of you have seen the model.

While there have been playermodel conversions and NPCs of the model released in the past, they are plagued with incorrect animation sets or a mixture of all of them causing a bunch of animation errors, a few model/material issues and such, this version tries to clean up the geometry around the neck area to not have holes in it, slightly cleaned up lua, and LoD models to save rendering at a distance, and remade body textures for the variations and NPC icons, uses combine hands with custom textures.
