Tier 1 Agent Reskin - MK1212

Reskinned the agents to look more like medieval agents instead of character that looks out of place for MK1212 mod.

- All models are by MK1212 team, I just used the variant editor to juggle things around
- Some models are just outright from vanilla i.e the western and the nomadic spy
- I decided to make tier 2 and tier 3 nomadic shaman as an imam since usually by tier 2 they'll change faith

Use one version at a time it's either tier 1, tier 2 or tier 3
