I noticed the CPU Expert and Drone Protocol updates, and they definitely helped! Would still say they're pretty common though, as the numbers in my previous reply were post-update. (the vanilla secondaries range from 6.05% to 4.41%, so having two specs that both cover GREMLINs right below those adds up)
For what it's worth, the above is also visible in CountSpecWeapons: GREMLINs are by far the most common non-infinite secondary now, appearing in roughly a 4th of all classes (2071/8570) with everything active.
As for Saboteur, it's currently sitting at the top of the tertiaries list with its rarity of 8.12%, while Sentinel is at 6.18%. That's a difference of 166 valid classes, which does feel a little too spicy. (especially with how Stukov's exclusions already push up the vanilla specs a ton)
(all checked with CountSpecs in-game)
