Voodoo Child set hex (TF2)

- 3 cosmetics (Combustable Cowl, Stitched Smile and Patchwork Pyromancy), 2 of which are paintable (they also have changeable skins).

Required tools (they are all available in the workshop):
- Easy Bodygroup Tool (to change bodygroups of the model/s)
- Bone Merger (to merge a model/prop into another model)
- Hat Painter & Crit Glow Tool (To paint said items, etc.)
