Well i didn't see this challenge anywhere so i tried it!

Some keypoints:
-You absolutely need to keep the 3 Molotovs you find when you have to kills a lot of androids in M12, you need the 3 of them for the scripted alien parts at the end of M17 and two on M18
-You absolutely need at least 5 ammo of revolver or shotgun to kill the facehuggers in M18 (more is better, since killing them with the Jack is riskier and you take damage from their acid blood)

Tips:
-You don't need to craft much usually medikits is the best, try to keep 2 flares for M18
-Save a lot starting from M14
-The two hardest parts are :the second part of the nest M14 because a scripted alien will spawn after the objective and he is hard to distract
and the end of M16 when you have 6 security guards + alien very active, don't kill the humans at the start of the mission because they are nice distraction to the alien when you have to come back

You'll die a lot, probably 50-100 deaths total, but don't worry it's part of the challenge, you signed for it! Good luck!
