描述

This mod adjusts the conditions for declaring a rival by relaxing diplomatic and fleet power restrictions.

New conditions:
  • Relative power from Pathetic to Overwhelming;
  • Relations are Tense or worse;
  • An envoy assigned to Harm Relations;

Localization has been updated in all supported languages to reflect these new conditions.
For best compatibility, place this mod at the end of your load order so it can properly overwrite the default settings.

likely all 3 power metrics on the diplo screen factor together.

@Ndog, Yeah, I ran into that problem too. I've only changed the fleet strength requirements, but it doesn't seem to be enough
