Fix: CE Ammo Labels

Fix some ammo lables issues.

Example 1 is the mod "RimThunder - Breakthrough", which adds new 100mm ammunition for BMP3.
Original labels:
- 9M117M (HEAT) - 3UOF19 (HE)
Of course it is impossible to remember these labels and then to find them in the stockpile or in workshop recipes list. This mod changes it as following:
- 100mm 9M117M (HEAT) - 100mm 3UOF19 (HE)

Another example is mod "RimThunder - Red Dragon", which adds new set of ammo called "AmmoSet_125mmT85".
The labels of them are:
- 125mm cannon shell (HEAT) - 125mm cannon shell (APDS) - 125mm cannon shell (HE) - 125mmT85 cannon shell (EMP) <-- This is already in original mod

There is however another mod for RimThunder series, which adds another 125mm set of ammo. And they have very similar labels, which makes it harder to distinguish.

This mod changes some labels to be more clear. In that case it changes this set to following:
- 125mmT85 cannon shell (HEAT) - 125mmT85 cannon shell (APDS) - 125mmT85 cannon shell (HE) - 125mmT85 cannon shell (EMP) <-- This is already in original mod

@Fricadelle, updated. However, not all of the mods do work on V1.6 yet.
I have checked the data with XML exports.
