Modified Eranthis Survivor Icons

I've always loved Eranthis' custom hand-painted HUD icons and have used them for most of my time playing Left 4 Dead 2 on PC.

Lately I've been making or downloading add-ons that bring back the feel of the original game, so I wanted to produce a version of these beautiful icons with the old school backgrounds.

I also kept the colour of the in-game icons rather than black & white like the originals as I think it goes better with the coloured icons on my avHUD 2 PT.2 add-on.
