And it does not have many monthly costs.
Ready for set a canteen, meeting room, lobby, kitchen, basement for printing and host a server....

You can manage a project with only a team using worker priority tasks and setting to one the number of max tasks performed by the team.
If you need more room, you can buid some extra levels on "the library" and even set a new team there (added in the update).
