[TTT/2] Teleport Gun (Suchti Rework)

This is a rework of the original Teleport Gun https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=540182290.
Because of problems with the original version, I decided to rework the weapon. The errors have been fixed, and it is now fully compatible with TTT2.

Weapon for Traitor, can be modified in the shop editor if needed for other roles
If the weapon doesn't appear in the shop, it needs to be manually added using the shop editor

• If enemy HP is above 50: Switch positions with the enemy and deal 50 damage to them.
  
• If enemy HP is 50 or below: Instantly teleport the enemy to your position and eliminate them.

• TTT2 Compatibility: Now fully compatible with TTT2
  
  
• Model Update: The original model had issues and has been replaced with a more reliable and visually appealing version. This model may be updated again in the future if a better one is found
  
  
• Error Fixes: Various errors have been corrected to improve performance and provide smoother gameplay
  
  
• HUD Improvement: The HUD that displays the enemy's HP when you aim at them has been improved and adjusted for TTT2. The previous display has been replaced with a clearer and more informative version. Additionally, a marker now shows what will happen:
  
  • "Position Swap" if the enemy’s HP is above 50
    
  • "Instant Kill" if the enemy’s HP is 50 or below
