This mod tweaks the functionality of Autosaving, Permadeath and a few other features. Particularly making the saving happen more regularly and making it so that save files do not get deleted upon death.

Manual Saving by pressing "F4", Manual Save Loading by pressing "F5", Game Pausing by pressing "P" and the Modified Console are not yet added but they soon will.

• Autosaving is now done at the begining of a new day each and every time if the player is safe from danger. It can also be toggled on and off.
  
  
• Permadeath can be disabled. Doing so will replace the Retry button when dying with a Reload Save button, however enabling this option won't reward the player with XP when dying.

I want to extend the functionality of this mod so it does a bunch of stuff, here's a list:

• Add a Pause functionality when pressing "P" on the keyboard, similar to the DST one. It should let the player interact with the Crafting Menu, Inventory and Minimap while keeping the game Paused.
  
  
• Add Shortcut Buttons on the keyboard for manual Saving and Reloading.
  
  
• Add extra Buttons to the Pause Menu for Saving, Reloading and Pausing.
  
  
• Modify the Console so it fits my need better, I can't work with this one anymore man...

Note: Settings not mentionned here do not do anything yet, I just forgot to remove them before uploading the mod. Oops!


This mod has initially inspired by Username's Regular Saves mod as well as numerous other mods that do similar stuff to my mod. I figured it would be better if I compiled all of it in a nice package!
