Kill/Capture 3: Street Fighters

The insurgent contact clued us into how HVT JEFE played into insurgent operations -
the drug organization provided manpower and information to the insurgency in
in exchange to farmlands in their territory as well as a distribution system to
other terrorist and criminal organizations worldwide. He's managed to pinpoint
the location of a key insurgent commander in the city outskirts, callsign OPAL.

OPAL's forces attempting to attack the city have been repelled, but his remnant
forces have essentially blockaded the city via their command post at an essential
crossroads along the main highway. We need him alive, but be advised that there
is a heavy insurgent presence here, and they have immobilized out a local military convoy.

Friendly forces are on the ground but are severely outnumbered. Additionally, we have
a friendly sniper team positioned to the West.
