Lennys Forgiving Diplomacy - Experimental!

Does what it says on the tin...I think. Oh and I changed the name of the tin but didnt change the thumbnail out of laziness lol

Halved most of the negative diplomatic effects and boosted some of the positive diplomatic effects of events like making and breaking treaties. In theory this makes the game more tended towards maintaining rather than breaking alliances.

I have not changed the request modifier at all because that is broken the way it works with trade.

But IDK, test it out and lemme know! Takes a lot of game time to really see how the AI plays with changes like these.
