World traits that add POIs (such as geoactive) and story traits do not help at all with this problem.
I knew this could be an issue but I decided to keep all af Ceres' POIs to remain faithful to the original asteroid.
If you are not too picky about the traits you want, the seed displayed on the screenshot (1388489104) works fine.
Please, people of the comment section, let me know if you would be interested in an alternative version of this mod with all the "flavour" structures removed for better worldgen odds.
In the mean time, I will provide you with a set of tested seeds shortly.

I got inspired to do so after seeing many occurrences of people desiring a moonlet ceres experience. Since I had done similar stuff for my own use in the past, I elected to use those skills to help others as well this time.
That being said, the idea being pretty common, this is a typical case of convergent design.
