12 Special and Weapons Slots For Ships

Inspired by Raccoon's 12 Slot Mod for Player Ships as it seems an update has been repeatedly requested. This mod ONLY changes the Frigate to the Doom Star and it only changes the Special and Weapon slots to 12 each for each ship type. I did not include Raccoon's changes allowing some more ships to auto-explore. After I and perhaps some other people test this with multiple different mods we can see if it is "fixed".

I couldn't find anything wrong with Raccoon's mod other than the fact that he was using an old ShipHullTypes.yaml and perhaps it was clashing with a new one released later with an updated Master of Orion. In addition he included the entire yaml, not just the changes he made to it. If a newer file down the line added things or made changes or other installed mods made changes this would cause problems.

Scores of turns into an end-stage game is when I added this mod to my current game. There are no problems so far so it looks like you can add this mod to a game started without it. To take advantage of the additional slots you will need to upgrade all ship blueprints, however.
