PGM Mini Hecate (AWP) - Added HUD Icon & Scriptless

I don't usually do this, so don't take this as a thing I'll do. This is for one time request only. Not like it's a hard thing to do, since all I did just removed the scripts folder and added icon. I'll remove this if Rocky deciced to update the mod.
