Builders Can Haul (Universal Cargo)

An optional patch which adds universal storage to all Builders. By default Builders can only haul container wares. This mod allows Builders to haul all materials (container, solid, liquid).

It can be used with either of the alternative scaling patches.

This patch can be added to an existing game at any time.
