While this combines Church Guy Tank with Sacrifice Train Witch, all other campaigns but the first map of the Sacrifice are passable. Unfortunately, it seems like you cannot progress past the death of the Train Witch without some sort of vscript or plugin. Until a fix happens where the death of the witch is recognized as the death of the tank, killing the witch is as far as you can go.
Church Guy has had enough of all the degenerates and everything in existence. He's become the embodiment of rage and power. Whenever you open the door to the Church, Church Guy will always be a tank, ready to smash everything and bring his Word to all.

A sitting sinister Witch reveals that it can possess Tanks and take their places.

Thanks to Xenorvya for suggesting this. This is a Vanilla population.txt that changes both Church Guy into a Tank and the Sacrifice Train Tank into a Witch. This works on local and dedicated servers.
