Reskins 99.9% of the built in gmod playermodels with colorable parts. In other words, removes colorable parts.

Such as:
- citizens/refugees/rebels
- combine soldier/elite/metrocop
- eli
- kleiner
- barney
- alyx
- magnusson
- zombie classic
- breen
- odessa
- mossman
- gregori

Patch Notes:
- Removed CSS textures due to texture bugs.

@trojanhorse20 I will update the playermodel reskin pack, removing the css textures, and just gonna link the compatible mod as a requirement, I honestly have no clue why its doing that.

@baskingball20 weird they seem fine to me. I'll take a look when I get the chance. maybe also see if any mods interfer with the addon.
