IO Heavy Armor Water Mod Compatibility

Tired of building your IO warships out of balloons? Want that extra protection against water flooding your interior and accidentally making your surface ship into a submarine? NO MORE, I say!

This mod makes using heavy armor in IO ships a more viable option by keeping airtightness until all heavy armor plates are destroyed. Previously, ANY damage to a heavy armor block caused it to lose airtightness.

Most of the heavy armor blocks will now be more usable since they keep airtightness better.
