Blue Skeleton/Robotic Limb Health

Simply changes Skeleton/Robotic limb health color from dark grey to a light blue for better visual clarity while still matching the other vanilla limb health colors.

Robotic limb health being dark grey is cool and all for a bit but the moment your Skeletons or other character's robotic limbs take damage you quickly notice it's hard to tell how much damage they took at a glance given the robotic limb health is dark grey against a darker grey background.

Other UI mods such as Dark UI also notice this visibility issue and change it to blue but I wanted to put in that visibility change without having to change the entire UI and while maintaining a vanilla feel with the color scheme.

This is the shade of blue I have finally settled on and after playing many hours with it I figured I'd share my change in case others want a visibility tweak but like using the vanilla UI.
