[WOTC] Improved Wrath Targeting

Improves the targeting for the Skirmisher's Wrath ability, allowing you to choose the destination tile.

Now you can pick from potentially up to 8 tiles (or more for larger enemies) for the Skirmisher to grapple to, allowing you to make sure you have cover, or position for other abilities.

Uses a modified version of the X2MeleePathingPawn, allowing the Skirmisher to select a target tile in a similar way to other melee abilities.

• 22 August 2024 - Several small bugfixes to do with targeting previews and warnings.

• Does not trigger Gotcha Again indicators, due to the way the pathing is (not) implemented.

Replaces the targeting method and X2Effect_GetOverThere of Wrath. If you have another mod that modifies one or both of these things, then it may not work correctly.
