Port of the Man Mode mini mod found in a PC Gamer AU disk from 2009 that I bought.

About:
Although it's not as difficult as the Survival mod available below, the Man Mode Mini mod is still difficult enough to make you cringe whenever you see a horde of zombies stumbling at you from afar. The change list says:

* Slower zombies and survivors,
* Higher population of more alert zombies with frequent mob spawns.
* No special infected
* Weapon recoil
* Body shots to zombies do alot less damage while headshots are instant kills
* No bots
* No music to warn you of incoming hordes
* Slower melee with shorter range
* Damage from behind significantly increased
* All weapons will kill with a headshot
