Insurgency M4A1

This addon replaces the standard M16A4 with carrying handle with the M4A1 from Insurgency 2014/2.

Also, just why not, there's unused w_model textures in file and the world model of current m4 might look shіttу.

This addon have also: new sounds, a bit adjusted fore-end model from view side and a bit adjusted aiming, and reload animations.
