Francis version of my Chuck Greene add-on I first made in 2022 and now have finally updated to a final state, most likely.

By the way I decided to re-name my ``Remastered`` Dead Rising survivor mods to ´´V2´´ (which stands for version 2.0) because as of now it feels more appropriate imo.
