About
Ever want that distinctive Source Engine reverb and echo effect to work everywhere on any map? If so, then this addon is for you!

Features
  • Automatically determine the appropriate reverb/echo preset based on the spatial size around you.
  • Four distinct effects for each size range.
  • Spatial size check works with anything solid e.g. props.
  • Works with every sound except sounds from external URL.
  • No more flat-sounding maps!

Commands
ere_active - Toggle the addon on or off. ere_respect_map_effect - Toggle whether the addon should stop applying effects after it detects that a map wants to apply its own. ere_cheap_mode - Cheap mode 1 will remove some diagonal traces. Cheap mode 2 will only use directly up and down traces. This is basically sacrificing accuracy for performance. ere_legacy_mode - Should legacy sound processing be used instead? Legacy sound processing is more distinct but dampens surround sound and may introduce audio crackling indoors.

So how does this compare to the famous Dynamic Weapon Reverb mod? Are they both compatible with each other? Does the DWR process everything sound command function okay with this? i could test it myself to find out. I also am looking for more reverb for my footsteps.
