Not quite. It is a seperate radio station which playes dutch music. When the station is taken over by german forces, it will begin playing a mix of dutch and german songs, to "symbolize" the station being controlled by Axis powers.
BBC is unaffected by this mod.
At least for the time being. I might make a few changes at some point to have BBC broadcast radio in other languages as the war progresses.
