Warframe: Arthur (PM&NPC + Ragdoll)

It's Jetstream Sam! or Raiden or GR74. Whatever, it's a cool ninja guy with augments. I've worked with Warframe assets a few times in the past and have been humbled by how annoying they are. Especially trying to replicate the materials accurately in blender and even less accurately in source. This honestly took a long time to make and even then I feel it needs a lot more work. However, I like this model so much that I decided to upload it in its current state. I may update this addon down the line for minor improvements and such.
