Guess thas my mistake, the command is in lowercase, but name of ♥♥♥♥♥ are case sensetive

It says "/♥♥♥♥ not a command" either. I'm sorry if I'm still doing something wrong.
I even tried unchecking the other mods I had on and trying with just this one on.

I assume I'm the derp here ^^; , but how do you use this? I tried putting the command things into the ingame chat only for it to say "/D!ck not a command"

Futanari basicly means best of both worlds (mostly refering to ♥♥♥♥ and Vagina) they are sometimes shown whit or without balls tho.
