THIS REQUIRES EP2 MAINLY JUST FOR EXTRA DETAIL ON SOME TEXTURES, IT SHOULD WORK FINE WITHOUT, HOWEVER.

UPDATE: Replaced Citizen Legs with Rebel Legs

(thats pretty much it, other than that its a normal rebel)

basically just an armored rebel or a rebel juggernaut
