_Ilshat52_ has addressed on his profile that he has archived all the addons added in the workshop, and thus wishes not to see them on his workshop, however allowed to publish them as his permission was given, where he's devoting more time on his life. I'm doing some work to restore this mod at potential peak.

This replaces M16 with burst-fire and SCAR with autofire instead. Local servers only as it is a script.

If you wanted to make it compatible with the better SCAR mod, all you'd have to do is the same thing in its mod files, then load that mod instead of the Better SCAR.

Okay so having done some research, the burst fire is hardcoded and all this mod does is swap the names of the two scripts so that the M16 is weapon_rifle_desert and the SCAR is weapon_rifle.

It doesn't work for the SCAR because the SCAR is a special dainty boy so you still need a mod to make it fire one bullet at a time, but then it does work with the scar.

I have a simple config script that lets you swap between semi, burst and full auto at will. Only problem is, the game uses the attack command to perform certain actions so you also have to bind a secondary use key to heal.
