This mod is all but complete

This is a newer Dark Ages 634 AD unit sub mod that gives all factions extra units to choose from and better visuals than using vanilla assets like my old pack.

I tried to keep as historical as possible the intention of this mod is to add unit variety for all factions and better visuals than bland vanilla stuff.

Avars get some Slavic units but any nomads that share same military grouping as them can train them. only Slavic units enabled for nomads are Slavic Swordsmen and Slavic Heavy Axes not all nomads get them.


It uses textures and assets from AOJ and Anno domini as well as a few units from one of sebidee packs all the units have higher quality visuals and appearances i have tried my best to balance the stats and costs as much as possible.
This has taken me ages to do as there are many units in the mod. It also contains small garrison increase for all factions.

I have used unit upgrade system like attila for some units not all as i did not have enough units to use as replacements for others for example the nomadic,eastern and slavic factions. Many of these units come from my AOJ Extra units sub mod and anno domini 919ad submods. The file size is large due to amount of assets i needed for the visuals to appear correctly there should be no visual errors if there is please say so.

Credit goes to AOJ and anno domini teams for allowing me to use their assets as well as sebidee
and WibblyWobblyWonder who helped me with learning how to do modding he is no longer modding now.

if you created your own pack and wanted to make a larger unit size you need to import everything from my mod its a large file size

i do know how to change unit numbers my point was if you make your own version of it you need to import everything from the pack so it all works visually so when you play a battle the actual visuals are on screen

i tend not to do bigger unit sizes as some people may have issues running mods with mass unit sizes due to lagging

I should elaborate, You don't need to import data for visuals...when you load the mod in RFPM it loads it in for you, either you didn't know how or your BSing me thinking I don't actually know how to do it BUT I do, I just don't have the time.

I work 80 hours a week I am work right now I dont have an hour or two thats why im asking, but if you can edit some numbers in RFPM for money than thats interesting to say the least

to make a double unit size all you have to do is edit the db_main and db_unit in RFPM it takes an hour or two tops, you make sure that the horses and and men count are the same...I dont think you actually know how...you clearly thought you needed to change some visual stuff....just tell me next time you dont know how.

You can make your own version if you want but you will have to import the data for the visuals etc to work and do the database stuff to

i mean i know what it takes I'd do it if I had the time, it takes an hour or two, happy to pay.
