English Text Fixes and Adjustments

描述
This mod edits the game's English text to correct errors, provide more consistency, and to suit my own personal tastes.

Among these changes are:

- Faction name changes (Aeolia becomes Phthia, Boeotians become Thebes, etc.).
- Unit name changes (Lower Egyptian Militia Spearmen become Lower Egyptian Nefru Spearmen, Palastu Defenders become Peleset Defenders, etc.).
- Changes to loading screen quotes (Tausret no longer refers to Hatshepsut as 'the one with the false beard', as most male Pharaohs also wore false beards).

@Otho alright, I'll have a look at changing that - perhaps finding the Canaanite name for them from that time period.

I think the most accurate thing to do would be to just change 'Palastu' and 'Philistine' to 'Peleset', but that might make it harder to differentiate the horde units from the settled units. Then again, perhaps there's not much need to differentiate them?

@Otho I was under the impression that 'Palastu' was the Assyrian name for the Peleset/Philistines?

This game really needs text polish, but it would be cool to have text fixes separate from the changes based on personal taste. But I understand I’m asking too much.
