Use Shift & 1 to load automobiles.
L + 1 or 2 to open Front and Rear doors.
L or L + 3 or Shift + L to remove side panels.

I did not add that ability but you can remove them in Blender, all parts are separated. you could also remove the doors by deleting the light effects when making your own liveries.
