@Gunni: Mod works. Try changing the mod load order and test with putting it either last or first.

Is it possible to edit values for artillery?
Would something like say.
Missile Range +75% Missile Damage +30% Ammunition +75% and Artillery Damage +100%?

If not then could I message you for a basic range buff?
Range +75%
Damage +50%
Ammo +75%
Magic Damge +35%

Player only buffs. If either of those are possible let me know and we can arrange proper payment for it. :)
