STALKER: CLEAR SKY HUD(for HELIX)

This just little rework for helix. You can check screenshots and description on page of original addon.

Changes:
- No mini map
- Stamina work with helix stamina
- More ammo icons
- Working armor if you have something armor plugin that use "armor" as local var to show armor on hud. In general you can edit any armor plugin to make this work or just don't do it, in this case addon will use default gmod armor system
- Fixed bug when you have max hp more than 100
