[3.12.5] Twinks I.A.A.T Updated

Just returned to the game and remembered this mod... can someone please update this to 4.0?

Would love to see some of Twink's work ported to the newest version of stellaris, even if you scrapped some of the custom gameplay elements and such. I'm just a big sucker for shipsets and portraits.

Is it possible you could work on Twinks Atlanteans next? The current updated (outdated) version has a plethora of errors, such as organic pops switching their portraits to robots, or one of the titan-gate systems' planets and star quickly disappear making the system uncolonizable.

Would it be possible to add some compatibility for some other Mods? Such as adding the ability to make the AE Centre buildings with mods other than ACOT. Such as making them Build-able with ZoTF and or Dawn of Ascension, unlocked by there respective Ascension Perk and without the Dark Energy upkeep from ACOT.

the Father ruler seems like it isn't working, awesome update otherwise :D

Updating any of the Twink's Civs is greatly appreciated, they had fantastic flavour and depth!
