Inspired by No Damage Debuff Realism

Basically No Damage Debuff Realism but with some additions and it applies to all gamemodes and difficulties. Keep in mind that the infected still deals damage based on difficulty.

Not a mutation but a script which means it applies to all gamemodes and mutations

So, in a few words, the damage penalty on difficulty is no more, coz ngl, I really hate the 50% damage penalty on expert, I can take the 25% on hard but Impossible is just an insult to human kin' .
