When this mod is enabled, you can use new characters during character creation, with their stats determined by the mod's configuration table.

This mod adds a preset character with generic 20's in all level-up stats, High faction with all factions, and no other real specialties.
It's an... okay start character, but then, EVERY character except the plagued are okay start characters.

It's not a custom character as far as I can tell. It's just a preset character with cheated stats.
