Tank Damage Announcement

Works on local server and dedicated server
one of features i made for my server.
Prints messages to the chat when tank is killed. 4 players with amount of damage done to the Tank.

Host can change how many players can be in announcement by changing each setting in modsetting.txt.
Go to [L4D2 Game Directory] > left4dead2 > ems > tankannounce. there will be modsettings.txt inside, open it with text editor.
inside will be like this
change value 1 to 0 to disable. This setting applies in real time, even during gameplay. no need to restart.
