The problem is not a missing image, it has to do with the effects that are happening

Sorry to hear that it didn't work. Missing images can in rare cases be caused by outdated drivers, however since only 1 image seems affected with this, I've added an option to the wallpaper to import a custom background from your files which may fix the issue. note: keep in mind that for the "Import texture" option to show you need to restart wallpaper engine again and wait until the update on steam finishes.
Alas, it didn't work. I did everything possible. (verifying files, Unsub and Resub to download the latest files)

My specs are:
6th Gen i7
GTX 1070
I re-uploaded the files again to the workshop and hopefully everything works now. I also changed the default Background to be Type 1 Winter. If this still doesn't work for you after completly restarting steam/wallpaper engine and finishing the small update there should be on steam after that, then you should manually verify your Wallpaper engine files in your library. However I hope this bug is fixed now and you won't have to go through the extra trouble.

Note: Sometimes Wallpaper Engine doesn't immediatly detect that there is an update for a wallpaper, in that case just restart wallpaper engine again fully from taskmanager or simply try next time you fully restart your PC whatever is more convenient for you.
