Modified the animation of Francis and Louis on the platform of the C6M3 bridge.
Due to the risk of arm rotation caused by using IK,
the modified animation removed IK.
Target audience: Louis / Francis Mod mainly using Zoey animation.

使用了 xdR 弗朗西斯 / 路易斯动画的第46号槽位。
修改了 c6m3 中桥上平台的弗朗西斯和路易斯的动画。
由于使用 IK 容易导致手臂乱转，修改后的动画取消了 IK ，
